Inner Healing · $97 · Four Modules, Self-Paced

Turn toward it, not away.

Four modules walking the whole arc, at whatever pace grief actually allows. Not a room you have to show up to on a Saturday, and not a schedule to keep up with. Yours to keep, to stop in the middle of, and to come back to on the week you can.

Or walk it with a group

Self-paced · four modules · lifetime access

Who It’s For

The nervous system doesn’t care what kind of loss broke it.

A child. A marriage. A body you used to trust. A future you had planned on. If loss rewired you, the course is built for that, and you will not be asked to rank your grief against anyone else’s.

Not a Problem to Fix

Your brain still has to relearn a world that holds their absence, one wrong prediction at a time. That relearning is a lot of what the pain is. Not weakness, and not a lack of faith.

Oscillation is healthy

Healthy grief swings between facing the loss and doing ordinary life. Both are grieving. Self-paced is the format built around that swing rather than against it.

A continuing bond

The goal is not moving on. It is carrying the love forward in a form you can live with, a bond grief reshapes but does not end.

The Four Modules

The whole arc, at the pace grief allows.

The shape is fixed; the pace belongs to you. Each module reads in full on the site and downloads as a printable guide, and each one closes with reflection questions you answer when you are ready for them rather than when a clock says so. Stopping partway through a module is not falling behind.

One

Truth · The long, honest look

Why you cannot heal what you will not honestly look at, the two kinds of wound, and the chain that turns a loss into a belief: experience, word spoken, agreement, vow. Plus the shame-fear-isolation cycle that keeps most people from ever starting.

Two

Lament · Grief that refuses to remain alone

What actually blocks lament, the hidden harm of “at least,” why you were never meant to do this by yourself, and the full Psalm 77 practice: cry, wrestle, pivot. With the research on why naming pain measurably moves it.

Three

Forgiveness · The choice that frees you

The four directions grief scatters this work in, including yourself and the person you lost, what to do with anger at God, and the three-step Release Protocol: tell the truth, make the decision, change the narrative.

Four

Remembering · Gratitude that was earned

Why this pillar comes last and never first, remembering as something you build rather than wait to feel, and laying a memorial stone your future self can stand on the next time the ground gives way.

The break between modules is not dead time. Healthy grief swings between facing the loss and doing ordinary life, and self-paced is the format that lets the swing happen instead of scheduling over it.

Why Self-Paced

Grief does not keep to a Saturday.

This used to be one six-hour live day, and the honest problem with that was the calendar. Grief arrives when it arrives, and asking someone to hold it until the next scheduled date, or to be ready for memory work between 9am and 3pm on a particular morning, was asking the wrong thing.

So it is yours instead. Start the week you can. Put it down in the middle of module two and pick it back up a month later. Nothing expires, and nothing is waiting on anyone else being ready.

If it is the company you want rather than the pace, that is what A Way Through is for — the same arc, walked live with a small group over eight weeks.

$97

The Turning Course

Four self-paced modules, read in full on the site, plus five printable PDFs: a guide for each module and the all-modules student guide. Lifetime access, so it is there for the second time through as well as the first.

Honest About Scope

This is formation. It is not therapy.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention, and a self-paced course is none of those things either. There is no screening form standing in front of this one, which means the judgment about whether this is the right week is yours to make. So here is what we would have told you at a screening.

If your loss is very recent, roughly the last two months, or if you are in psychiatric crisis, guided memory work is the wrong thing to reach for right now, and doing it alone at your kitchen table is more so. That is not a rejection, it is the same care aimed properly: what you need this week is licensed support and company, and this will still be here afterwards. Module three in particular is the guided encounter, and it is worth arriving at rather than starting on.

If you’re in crisis right now, call or text 988 (crisis hotline). If your loss is very recent, go gently: the practice will keep, and what you need this week is probably company rather than homework.
The Other Way

On your own, or with a group.

The Turning is the arc walked at your own pace, for $97. A Way Through is the same arc walked live with a small group over eight weeks, for $297, about $37 a session. Both move through Truth → Lament → Forgiveness → Remembering, with a body-and-regulation thread woven throughout. The difference is not the material, it is whether you want company while you do it.

You do not have to do the whole thing today.

Just the turn. Toward it, once, at whatever pace this week can hold.
