Structured, faith-based one-to-one coaching built on four pillars, Truth, Lament, Forgiveness, Remembering, integrating story work, neuroscience, and inner-healing prayer. It comes in two parts: Part A is 90 days, by application. Part B is the nine months that can follow. Not therapy. Not a quick fix. Formation.
The person who is done managing symptoms and ready to do the deep work, emotionally stable, spiritually hungry, willing to be honest.
Healing isn’t transactional. Lies surface in layers, truth needs time to meet resistance, and your window of tolerance sets the pace. You will never be moved to the next phase before you’re ready. That is also why this comes in two parts rather than one long commitment made on day one.
Two 90-minute Zoom sessions a month, one to one, for ninety days. This is the part you apply for, and it stands on its own. If you never went further than Part A, it would still have been worth doing.
One 90-minute session a month, at the pace formation actually takes. Part B finishes what Part A opens, and it is customized to what your Part A work surfaced rather than run to a fixed syllabus.
Part A is a private coaching investment, offered pay-in-full or monthly. Chariti shares the exact number live on your 30-minute call, not before, and not to be cagey. It keeps this a conversation about fit rather than a transaction decided before you have talked to each other. Part B is priced separately, and only ever discussed once Part A is nearly done.
Apply for Part ANo. The Formation Journey is coaching, not therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention. If what surfaces needs licensed clinical care, we’ll say so plainly and help you find it. Coaching and therapy can also run alongside each other.
Your window of tolerance sets the pace. You will never be moved to the next phase before you’re ready, the pace of your healing leads, and the program follows.
One memory per session is a firm boundary. If a memory needs more time, it gets its own session, we don’t rush the deep work, and we don’t stack it.
Come as you are, hesitant counts. You don’t need the right words or the right amount of certainty to begin.
“He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives…”Isaiah 61:1
It begins with an application, about ten minutes, and then a free 30-minute conversation. Unhurried, honest, and mutual-fit, not a sales pitch.
