These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Client”) and The Sage Syndicate, d/b/a SageFire Collective, d/b/a Joy Restored (“Joy Restored,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, purchasing any product or service, enrolling in any workshop, course, or group intensive, or otherwise engaging with Joy Restored in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products or services.
Joy Restored is a coaching and educational program operated by The Sage Syndicate d/b/a SageFire Collective. CK Seed & Stone, LLC may provide personal services in connection with Joy Restored but is not, as of this draft, the billing or contracting entity for Joy Restored’s Services.
Joy Restored provides Christian coaching, educational content, courses, workshops, group intensives, and related materials focused on inner healing and soul care (“Services”). The Services are coaching and educational in nature. They are not, and are not a substitute for, psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, or any other licensed mental health or medical service. Chariti/Casey, and any coach, facilitator, or contractor working with Joy Restored, is not acting as a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, or other licensed clinical provider in the context of any Service, regardless of any credentials that individual may hold in another capacity.
Nothing provided through Joy Restored constitutes a diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any physical, mental, or emotional condition. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the Services are appropriate for your circumstances and for seeking the care of a licensed professional when needed.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, having thoughts of harming yourself or others, or need immediate help, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, U.S.) or 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. Joy Restored is not equipped to provide emergency or crisis response, and no communication with Joy Restored (email, community group, live session, or otherwise) should be treated as a channel for crisis support.
Joy Restored’s content is explicitly Christian and faith-integrated. Our frameworks reference Scripture, prayer, and spiritual practice as part of the healing process. Participation in any spiritual practice, prayer, or faith-based exercise offered through our Services is entirely voluntary. We do not claim that any spiritual practice will produce a specific spiritual, emotional, or physical outcome, and you should evaluate all such content according to your own convictions, discernment, and, where appropriate, your own faith community or spiritual advisors.
Inner healing work, by its nature, can surface difficult memories, grief, trauma responses, and strong emotion. By participating in any Joy Restored Service — including but not limited to self-paced courses, live workshops, group intensives, coaching sessions, or community discussion spaces — you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to the emotional, psychological, and relational risks inherent in that participation. This includes the risk of emotional distress, the resurfacing of past trauma, discomfort in group or relational settings, and the risk that content, discussion, or feedback from other participants may be upsetting to you. You are free to stop participating in any exercise, session, or program at any time.
We are direct about this: coaching is participation, not production. Joy Restored does not and cannot guarantee any specific result — emotional, spiritual, relational, or otherwise — from any course, workshop, group intensive, coaching engagement, or guide. Any testimonials, case studies, or results shared by Joy Restored (in marketing materials, on the website, in podcasts, or elsewhere) reflect individual experiences and are not representative of what every participant will experience. Your results will depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, circumstances, and engagement.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Joy Restored’s Services. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use free educational content with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and may not enroll in coaching, group intensives, or paid programs without that parent/guardian’s explicit consent and participation. Joy Restored does not knowingly collect information from or provide direct coaching services to children under 13.
All Joy Restored group intensives, live workshops, and coaching are delivered virtually (currently via Zoom or a comparable platform). By participating:
Courses, guides, workshops, and other digital products are sold through this website (joyrestored.com), with payment processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information — that is handled directly by Stripe. Your purchase is subject to the terms presented at checkout. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or data handling by Stripe beyond our reasonable control.

Purchases do not require creating an account or password. After you complete a purchase, you will receive an access code by email at the address you provided at checkout. That code unlocks the content you purchased.
All content on this site and in Joy Restored’s products — text, guides, workbooks, audio, video, frameworks (including the Truth → Lament → Forgiveness → Remembering arc and related terminology), course materials, the Joy Restored name, logo, and “Let’s Decode That™” mark — is the property of Joy Restored and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may use materials for your own personal, non-commercial healing journey. You may not: reproduce, distribute, resell, teach from, or publicly share Joy Restored’s proprietary frameworks or materials without prior written permission; use our content to train any AI model; or claim our frameworks, exercises, or original language as your own in any professional, ministry, or commercial context. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
If you submit a testimonial, review, comment, or other content to Joy Restored (by email, form, social media, or otherwise), you grant Joy Restored a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, and publish that content — including your first name and general identifying details unless you request otherwise — in our marketing and educational materials. You are responsible for ensuring anything you submit does not violate the privacy or rights of any third party (including other group program participants).
Our site and materials may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms, or content (e.g., Stripe, MailerLite, YouTube, podcast platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services. Use of those services is subject to their own terms.
THE SERVICES AND ALL RELATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that:
The Sage Syndicate (d/b/a SageFire Collective, d/b/a Joy Restored), CK Seed & Stone, LLC, and each of their respective owners, founders, elders, employees, contractors, coaches, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of income, or loss of relationships, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and forever discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to your voluntary participation in the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (c) your conduct in connection with any group program or community space, including any breach of the confidentiality obligations in Section 6.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service, without refund, if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or unsafe conduct, or misuse our intellectual property. You may stop using the Services at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund except as stated in our refund policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Dallas County, Texas, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Joy Restored each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
Joy Restored is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, illness, internet or platform outages, or other emergencies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any waiver that Joy Restored required and any product-specific terms presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Joy Restored regarding your use of the Services.
