That is not a sign you did it wrong, and it is not a sign you are bitter. It usually means the debt was released and the lie underneath it never was. One free hour on the difference, and how to actually finish the job.
If you took the Marriage Resilience Assessment and forgiveness or resentment came back as your lowest area, this is the workshop that goes with that answer.
Here is the part most people never get told. Unforgiveness does not just hold a grudge. It writes a rule. I am unsafe. Trust is dangerous. I deserved it. You can release the person completely and still be living under the rule their behavior wrote, which is exactly why it keeps coming back after you were sure you had dealt with it.
So this hour does both halves. The release, and the rule.
Forgiveness here is a release, not a statement that what happened was okay. Nobody is asked to call harm acceptable, to reconcile, or to put themselves back within reach of someone unsafe. Those are different questions, and this workshop keeps them separate on purpose.
Free, one hour, on Zoom. If nothing is listed yet, the workshop calendar has every date as it goes up.
The workshop walks the reset together, once, out loud, for one debt, probably the one that came to mind first. If you’re carrying more than one, and most people are, that’s exactly what the guide is for.
The full Forgiveness Reset guide is the same protocol written out, step by step, with the prompts and checklists to work it on your own, as many times as you need, for as many people as it turns out to be about.
You do not need the guide to come to the workshop, and the workshop is not a sales pitch for it. They are the same work at two different speeds.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention, and a free workshop is none of those either. If what you are carrying involves ongoing harm or your own safety, that deserves more than an hour and more than this. If you’re in crisis right now, call or text 988.
