Guides and courses can hand you language. They cannot notice the thing you said quickly and moved past. Coaching is for the season when you want somebody paying that kind of attention.
The whole conviction of this work is that you have to make sense of what happened to you, and the beliefs pain wrote underneath it, before what was distorted can be restored. Coaching is that process with a witness.
It moves through the same four movements as everything else here, Truth, Lament, Forgiveness, Remembering, across the five domains: spirit, soul, body, relationships, and purpose. It is not advice, and it is not a curriculum you are marched through.
“What happened to you?” opens what “What’s wrong with you?” slams shut.
Every intensive and one-to-one container, sorted by path. The group rooms carry a price. The one-to-one work is by application.
The same work walked live on Zoom with Chariti and a handful of others, in a room, not a replay.
See the eight weeks →Ninety days of private work with Chariti, one-to-one.
Apply for Part A →The nine months that follow Part A, at the pace formation actually takes.
See Part B →The same work, walked live with Chariti and a few other couples rather than alone at the kitchen table.
See the dates →Private time with Chariti alongside the Becoming Course, for couples already walking it.
See how it works →The same arc walked slower, together, over eight weeks.
See the eight weeks →Ninety days of private work with Chariti, at whatever pace your life and your grief allow.
Apply for Part A →The nine months that follow Part A, unhurried, at the pace this kind of loss actually takes.
See Part B →Not ready for any of these? The For You and For Your Marriage paths start free and go step by step, and nobody will chase you up the ladder.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention. If licensed care is what this season calls for, Chariti will say so and help you find it.
There is no five-step fix here, because there wasn’t one for her either. There is a rhythm, and there is somebody walking it with you.
You will not be asked to arrive healed, articulate, or over it. You will be asked to be honest, which is harder and considerably more useful.
Applications open with a note, not a form full of scoring. Say what is going on, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping might be different. A real person reads every message and writes back.
Honest about the pain. Rooted in hope. That goes for the first message too.
