Inner Healing · $297 · 8 Live Weeks

The same way through, walked slowly.

Eight weeks, one live call a week on Zoom, in a small group that stays the same from the first week to the last. Grief does not resolve in a day, and there is real evidence that the rest between exposures is part of how the work lands.

$297 for all eight weeks, which works out to about $37 a session. The same ninety minutes with Chariti one-to-one is $200.

Why Eight Weeks

Because the rest is part of the work.

Healthy grief pendulums: toward the loss, then back into ordinary life, then toward it again. Both directions are grieving. A single day can open something honestly, but it cannot give you seven days to let it settle before the next thing is asked of you.

Eight weeks can. Each week has one practice between calls, small enough to actually do, and the week off between the memory work and the next session is deliberate rather than a gap in the schedule.

Grief isn’t something wrong with you. It’s love with nowhere left to go.

The Eight Weeks

One call a week. One practice between.

Seventy-five to ninety minutes, live, same faces every week. The practice between sessions is always one thing, never a stack of homework.

Week 1

Truth · Your grieving brain

What grief is actually doing in your body and mind, and why so much of the shame around it is misplaced. Practice: the grief inventory, mapping what was lost alongside the person.

Week 2

Truth · Window of Tolerance

Fight, flight, freeze and fawn, applied to grief rather than conflict. Learning to read your own edges. Practice: a daily regulation tracker.

Week 3

Lament · Where grief lives

Body awareness, without the pressure to perform a feeling. Practice: a five-minute body check-in, daily.

Week 4

Lament · The Psalm 77 arc

Cry, wrestle, pivot, remember, guided and written. Practice: write your own psalm of lament, in your own words, however unfinished.

Week 5

Bridge · Oscillation

Naming both the loss-oriented and the restoration-oriented moments of your week, and stopping the second kind from feeling like betrayal. Practice: a joy log kept alongside the grief work.

Week 6

Forgiveness · Memory encounter

The heart of it, in breakouts and one-to-one check-ins so nobody is debriefed in a crowd. Practice: journaling only. No new memory work, on purpose. Let it settle.

Week 7

Remembering · Truth statements

Turning what surfaced into something you can actually say to yourself on a bad Tuesday. Practice: daily truth-statement rehearsal.

Week 8

Remembering · Continuing bond

What the love becomes now, and what you carry forward. A closing ritual, and an honest conversation about what, if anything, comes next.

A Way Through

Eight live calls, the companion guide, every practice sheet, and the teaching recordings. Memory work is never recorded. Small group, screened, and it stays the same group all eight weeks.

Honest About Scope

Formation, not therapy.

Everyone completes a short screening form before joining. If your loss is very recent, roughly the last two months, or you are in psychiatric crisis, group memory work is the wrong room this season and we will point you toward licensed care instead.

Inner healing prayer here is invitation-based, one memory at a time, and never forced. If you want to sit a week out, sit it out. Nobody will chase you about it.

If you’re in crisis right now, call or text 988 (crisis hotline).
The Other Way

Eight weeks, or on your own.

The Turning is the same arc walked on your own, self-paced. A Way Through is that arc walked slower, together, over 8 weeks. Both move through Truth → Lament → Forgiveness → Remembering, with a body-and-regulation thread woven throughout.

Eight weeks of not carrying it alone.

Same room, same people, every week, for long enough that you stop explaining yourself from the beginning each time.
